Wonderful stay at Pullman! Everything was great, right from the reception, to the room (spacious, clean with enough amenities - thanks to Mr Prem), to the food at Farmer's Basket! Worth a visit property near Delhi airport, great service by the entire staff.

I would like to say tks for all stuff of Novotel Delhi, in special for Krishna Kant and kabir for all attention in every small details, they really take care about many details in my room and always take care of the floor… the localization of hotel is good.

We were very happy with our short stays at the Pullman. We stayed at this hotel on two different occasions within a span of two weeks. The experience from the beginning before we got there was exceptional. We called ahead to arrange airport pickup from Delhi airport. Our flight arrived at about 2:30am. We were tired and concerned if the driver will be there on time. Immediately we got out of the airport lobby, the driver was right at the door entry waiting. Since he had never met me, he went online and did a quick research and looked at my profile, so he knows what I look like. We drove to the hotel and got there within 10 mins or less. Check in process was fast. The young man who checked us in, (apologies, I forgot his name), was pleasant, polite and welcoming. He was aware of the time of the day and mindful that we were probably tired from a long flight and wanted to get to our room quickly. Our room was upgraded, which was nice and it also included breakfast and dinner as part of the stay. Yes, breakfast included is common in almost every hotel but I have never had dinner included, so that was a first for me. Lots of food options for both breakfast and dinner and good food. The rest of the stay there was good. We left the hotel after our first stay but had a delivery coming to us and addressed to the hotel. We informed the bell desk. They said not to worry, they will receive the parcel on our behalf and hold it until our next visit. When we came back the next time, after two weeks later, the bell desk remembered who we were and before we could ask if the parcel arrived, they said, welcome back sir, we have your parcel and will have it delivered to your room. Really good customer service. I will highly recommend this hotel. It is in Aerocity, which is a very modern part of Delhi. Lots of food and shopping options. If I had a complaint about the hotel is that our room was quite dark. I get that they are trying to create an intimate setting which is nice but personally I like a lot of sunlight and brightness in my room. I only want it dark when I go to sleep. Other than that, everything else was great.

Everything was so good from check in to my stay up to my expectations and was up to mark room was very good and comfortable and clean and all the amenities ware very good and very nice and hotel was very good and location was very good near the airport very good
